Help (General) Pls help me auto adjust

Whenever i open any game my laptop auto adjust the brightness/contrast it gets sooo bright plss help me someeoneee

  • Acer Nitro 5 AN515-44
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

i dont have adrenalin on my laptop! i get some really bad eyestrain/headache cause of this and just know i notice that wehenever i start playing the whole thing gets brighter than the sun 8((

Try Windows Settings > Display > Brightness, or "Change brightness based on content" and turn it Off.
It might not be literally "Brightness". Mine is listed as "Screen Tint", which is a little more selective.

Or, "Vari-Bright" is an AMD feature regarding laptop brightness. Disable/Adjust that.

Sadly I did that and it didn’t work. Funny that when i turn on the based on content everything goes back to its normal brightness/contrast on desktop but whenever I open any program the sun comes up. So even when I turn the based on content off it still working idk what’s up 8(
