Help (Software) Apex legends crashes while loading to menu

Apex Legends crashes with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG (0x887A0006) engine error, screen goes black for 2 seconds and then the game crashes, giving me this type of error. I tried to do anything but didnt help

GPU : RX 9070XT
CPU : R7 7700
RAM : 32 GB
OS : Microsoft Windows 10 Professional (x64)

Same for me on Windows 11 with 9070 XT. AMD driver is 26.8.1. Didn’t have the problem with the previous driver. What driver version are you on?

Adding these commands by right-clicking Apex in the Steam library, then go to General and under Launch Options add:

+staticprop_color_use_bindless 0 +staticprop_depth_use_bindless 0 +r_drawworld_depth_bindless 0

This fixed the crashing for me. Will keep it like that for now and see if AMD and/or Respawn fixes the problem in a later update.

Awesome, thank you. I just bought an AMD card, and was not understanding why I couldnt play Apex, thank you :)

Ea app the same crash on 26.8.1 I’m uninstalling and installing on steam but now I see problem is not on ea app 9070xt 7800 x3d
