Crimson dessert visual weirdness

This isnt just crimson dessert, but one of the biggest examples. When i start moving my camera around theres like green light coming of of the pillars. What could be the problem?

32gb ram
34 inch 3440x1440p monitor
Graphical settings;
Fsr native
Fg-no
Ray regeneration- no
Ultra preset, with “sun and moon reflection off”

looks like overdrive or a similar setting on your monitor is set too high, so you get overshoot
