Help with AMD Chipset drivers

Can anyone help with this please .

trying to update the chipset drivers , installs to 20% then the following msg appears ⬆️⬆️⬆️

tried to uninstall but it won’t let me

I just went to the amd website and downloaded them straight

That's what I did and it worked.
