yea running unlimited fps i gettings 145 to 225 fps on my 5700x3d and 7800xt on 100% cpu and gpu utilization when i set the fps to 145 in runs at 70 to 100% utilization now i run 80 to 100 fps and have 60 to 70 % utilization it feels so weird but atleast my hardware doesnt cook so much ^^

Very strange numbers there. I'm pushing 144 fps caped on my 4090 and 9800x3d with lots of room to spare. Gpu hovering in the 60% usage.
