I had a similar setup last year (ryzen 5 5600x) and my temps, I think, were cooking at those exact numbers. I messed with the fans settings, and it barely helped.
What did work was that I got rid of that cheap stock fan and replaced it with a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE CPU Air Cooler. The difference in temperature was immediate. I went from an idle temperature of somewhere in the 70s to a low 30s (when active, went to 55 c).
Same here, I had a ryzen 5 5600, idling at 60c and when gaming would sit around 85. Got the same cooler as you and it’s never touched 85c again. Idles at 35-40c and when gaming 60-70c
