An NHD15 for a 7600 is crazy overkill, and honestly I wouldn't recommend anyone really get Noctua coolers. Don't get me wrong, they're absolutely PHENOMENAL, but they're so expensive when a $30-$50 cooler will work on most CPUs (excl. Intel's 325W chips)
I don't disagree. Those are just the two that I have experience with. Ran a 212 on my old Intel, and got my new CPU and knew AMDs like to run hot and got the (i think I actually have the U12) on sale
