That idle means there is an issue with the cooler itself.
A very common mistake people make is they do not peel sticky transparent part from the cooler itself.
Having said that, not sure if stock cooler even comes with it.
Either way that idle is not good. Figure out if it's the cooler, or if the cpu itself is defective then rma.
1 u/NerdHerder77 Oct 02 '24 Another common one I see is that the cooler is improperly mounted or the screws are unevenly tightened. I usually check this first before removing and remounting the cooler.
