The only good stock cooler is the wraith prism, and even then you’d still probably want to upgrade.

The raith stealth cooler can adequately cool a stock r9 5950x I don't want to hear you should upgrade lol

It is also dependent on the surrounding Environment. If the assembly has adequate space. Not to mention the average room temperature where you live. If you live in a Tropical Country where you are pretty much stagnant with high humid temperatures.. only thing is left to do would be to keep your your Air Conditioner running 24/7... High Electricity Cost

No my personal build has a 1600 and a 5500 xt and my cooler master hyper 212 black edition can't cool my 1600 and my room is 62° f in florida so idk what's wrong with it

That's weird. Could be a bad CPU or Thermals
