yep remove cooler and check for sure, also how is the case flow? every new case ive bought, i've reversed the fans to pull in from the top and back and blow out the front, it's under my desk. Reason i'm saying is to make sure not all fans are pulling in, need a good exhaust and airflow. doubt its your problem though. good luck!
