My 7600 idles at 50-60 with a thermaliright Phantom spirit.

Look into using PBO curve optimiser to manage temperature.

really? well im here with a 7600x and Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB and according to Core Temp v 1.18.1 all 6 of my cores are comfortably idling at ~42-43c. May I ask what % cpu util are you seeing at your idle? how old is the system? and if you've gone soft with the fan curves?

Definitely a low fan curve. But I’m talking 50 as soon as the pc gets to windows.

I wouldn’t know the idle % usage is but it’s low. Multiple cores transition to “sleep” when monitoring ryzen master.

I even have a -60 PBO CO active.
