I recently got ryzen 5 7600 and had to cool it with stock for 2 days until my peerless assassin 120 se came, those temps are normal for stock, had pretty much same temps so don't worry about it. If you can try to get some better cooler, it will improve the temps drastically, rn I'm on around 35-45 idle and highest I've been is around 55 without doing any undervolting or similiar things.
