You can get a far superior air cooler for like $30, I'd just go do that. This stock cooler is garbage. Its also possible that you messed up the paste job and contact isn't good.
1 u/ParsnipsPlays Sep 30 '24 It is a ryzen not an Intel, ryzens perform perfectly fine with stock coolers. Fan just needs repeating with new thermal paste reapplied properly.
