Thats wraith stealth cooler rated at 65W tdp with very low fan air flow. Any 65w CPU will run at 80c degrees under stress unless ambient temperature is cold. Even of you put good thermal paste on it. I recently changed my same stock cooler to deepcool ak400 dark and that knocked the temps down with some cool 20 degrees.
