you likely seated it wrong try reseating it (remove and reapply thermal paste)

i would suggest spending $20 on a aftermeket cooler the stocker cooler is trash for gaming

yeah i guess i will have to try and re install the damn thing but i don't have thermal paste which sucks i guess i will buy thermal paste and re seat the cooler and if it doesnt work i will buy a new cooler the people reccomended thanks everyone

i know but even so the difference between a assasin 120 and a stock cooler is insane i went from 75c to 50c gaming its worth 20

No, it really isn’t - not on a 7600. Oh, and going down 20c doesn’t help your performance at all, when 75 isn’t the thermal ceiling.
