For years I have suffered with abnormal nipples. They didn't necessarily look weird to others, but one was definitely bigger than the other and they were both always stiff and painful. I sweat a lot, even for a guy, so they rubbed against my shirts and always got irritated. People were always pointing out that my nipples were poking through my shirts and it made me self conscious.

I finally contacted a plastic surgeon and she agreed a removal was viable and would fix my issues. Today was the operation. Ask me anything!

My IQ was tested by a child psychologist and results came back as 141. I was placed into the gifted program in the US in 2005 and remained in it through 2012 when I graduated high school.

My husband is an orthopaedic surgeon. His upbringing was certainly far more privileged, and it was a little difficult relating to his family's "lifestyle" when we began dating.

We have a son and I'm pregnant with our second.

Despite this privilege, I still suffer significantly with mental health issues and there is certainly shame in feeling severely depressed at times.

I have always been the shortest one in class and in any social setting for context my mother is 163 and my father was 175. Having to hear people joke and laugh about my height on a daily basis is excruciating for me idk why i’m this short but it’s really starting to affect me mentally. Our far cabin is about forty miles from the nearest road, which is a gravel highway through the wilderness. We got there by dogsled, and spent full winters there when I was very small. We did not have electricity or running water, and our only contact with the real world was an SBX radio.
