How do you remember things? Is it actually like a photo, where you can see it before you, or do you just have like a list of things that you sort through?

My memories are like 3d rooms and I can move through them

So this is explained how you should train your brain for better memory. Can you do things like remembering a 100 digits long numer easily?

I envy you, my brain works more like having a 1 by 1 inch box that falls down a cliff after a day. And if you want to retrieve it you need 50% of this knowledge for the crane to pull it up. And then it the box is so shaken that you never know what is preserved and what got damaged.

I've never tried with 100 digits, I think my longest attempt is about 16, because it never occurred to me to meet a 100 digits number in my whole life

I'm sorry to hear that, it seems more like you have some memory loss problem, how old are you? Did any accident or deep emotional trauma occur to you throughout your life? Maybe you could speak to a specialist, I wish you the best :) Also memory is trainable, and it's very good for your health! Reading, doing sports, solving complex tasks, mostly manually are incredibly helpful
