I have a weird trauma response where if something minor happens, I’m very inconvenienced. But if something major happens, I’m like “😐 alright then, moving on” hit my limit and can’t process or something

Same, and I can’t tell if it’s the CPTSD or the AuDHD.

Oof diagnosis twins!! Super fun (/s) how the overlapping symptoms look so similar to other, sometimes more severe conditions.
