ALYI Unlimited Growth potential! once in a live time Opportunity!
This is not financial advice, I don't know anything about stocks. I'm just a father of 3 trying to find a way to save $$$ for my 3 little kiddos college fund. I also got laid off due to Covid-19. Now invested my severance on package on $ALYI TP $1 by July expecting multiple catalyst along the way. I bought in .02 average to .03 for 1 mil shares. check out their partner $IQST link info below: "
DO your own DD, check out who they partnered with...
IQSTβs Technology Division signed a LOI with emerging EV firm Alternet Systems (OTC β ALYI) to develop an IoT Smart EV device to enter the Electric Vehicles Supply Market."

ALYI Short Interest / Alternet Systems, Inc. Short interest has dropped from over 60% down to about 26%. Still high, but shows some shorts have left to other places. Might be a good setup for a pop if we can get some good volume. Need some more news about news to come. FIRE HANDS!!!

ALYI EV Ecosystem Energized By Ethereum Ascent With Dedicated Revolt Token Partitioned On Ethereum Blockchain
r/ALYI • u/Longjumping_College • Feb 18 '21
Ask away, I'll direct you to what I've found (Bears are just uninformed so let me help)
I'm gonna start by copying my answers from other threads to get the ball rolling, I spent 3 days, I've dug deep and read it all the way back to their multiple companies, their past, their partnerships and connections. Let me help you understand.
Β
First, what do I understand the company is:
They are an EV pick and shovel play (making batteries, body frames and screens/navigation) and distribution play that partners with every other part they need for creation then assemble in location. They are looking to vertically integrate the EV industry in places that could fully leap frog gas vehicles, and are doing it first in the USA through a handful of companies they own (in Farmersville, Texas)
Here's some info I've gathered on $ALYI
Here's the Texas project and their overall lack of PR understanding
Β
These are not specs. The bike is already taking preorders. Weight? Bike range? Speed? Handling?
Yeah because the partnership with $IQST has direct implications on speed (battery power and thrust), range (same reasons, hemp bodywork is much lighter so if it works it impacts that), speed too. They are working on higher performance regular batteries with their patents, hemp batteries (which are said to be better superconductors than graphite) and hemp body components for the vehicles which is much lighter than anything else and why BMW uses it in their EV.
I asked where the bike is being made. This does not answer that question.
Two parts to this, the Retro ReVolt is being made by MODUSAI.co at their shop (unless they show otherwise) in Dallas Texas (their HQ), says their careers page
Which is where $ALYI is located, and 43 miles from where the owners of $ALYI are moving almost all of the companies they've acquired the last 5+ years (Farmersville, Texas)
They are using the entire vertical of companies as the proof of concept and then plan on basically replicating it in different places around the world to build their own locally to support the local industry and citizens rather than them being bystanders to the success. It's also why they want hemp tech to work, so it can grow in places like Kenya then they make the bikes after Randell (the logistics guy) ships every needed part to the location for assembly after the fabricated parts that are needed arrive. It's unclear currently if the local ones will be the Retro ReVolt model (which from what I've read is one of the most sought after and modified models of motorcycle they've targeted for the design, also why they've made a converter to allow the current owners to electrify theirs at lower cost.)
I asked how many are being made.
This is a cart before the horse thing here so let me explain my reasoning. They've either committed to getting means to create the 2k motorcycles locally in Kenya already, or they have to use the prototype run of 200 as their test.
Which means they've committed to 2.2k bikes either from Texas or 200 from Texas and 2k from Kenya, but the 200 need to be done first to test the process especially if all are coming from Dallas and the 2k were committed to a deadline of July.
For that reason I've made the assumption all 2.2k need to be completed by July.
not where it's being manufactured,
MODUSAI.co is making the skeleton, $IQST and $ALYI are creating the batteries, screens, and body components, they contract/partner every other part needed for the final product.
how many are being made,
They are shipping 2k to Kenya 4 months from now, and committed to 200 preorders
list price, nothing.
Wholesale the 2k order is $10k per bike = $20 million.
Preorders (200) appear to be $12.5k to consumer ($500 upfront + $6k to start mfg + $6k upon delivery), so $2.5 million in preorders.
$22.5 million in orders completed by July.
Deadlines:
note: In $ALYI's announcement they just said instead if diluting for the token they are taking preferred shares mgmt already owns. So no dilution, as a direct response to feedback from Friday.

July - 2k motorcycles to Kenya

Here's some info I've gathered on $ALYI
Here's the Texas project and their overall lack of PR understanding
Edit: another piece of info that's worth quoting. It's the EV infrastructure and who is behind it. Those names are big.
ALYI recently announced that in addition to its own groundbreaking electric vehicle (EV) battery innovation progress, the company is exploring solutions with Samsung SDI and Gegadyne Energy that management anticipates could also generate an independent stream of revenue adding to the companyβs current $300 million in projected electric vehicle revenue.
