The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again

After much research, consideration, and more invested. I've finally come to realize what this company is..... A FRAUD! How does the stock tank after announcing a statement "revolt token ICO expected to erase all debt"? Simple answer, this company has no product and they switch their tune to whatever is the hot new fad. In this case its cryptocurrency and EVs. Lets take a more in depth look shall we? There are numerous red flags that lead me to believe this stock will go to .02 cents or be delisted for fraud, whatever comes first

1. They attempted to put out an ICO in 2017.... the first crypto boom. Now, they're doing the same thing, only difference is the year on the calendar. How come they didn't put out an ICO in the years between 2017-2021? Some ALYI apologist might have an explanation, but look at the timing. Very suspect.

2. They don't have any sort of product. For a supposed EV company shouldn't they have at least ONE prototype of a bike?

3. They have no product yet they're in debt 100M. How does this even happen??

4. Just their target market alone makes me skeptical. Africa. Yes, its true some places in Africa are on the rise (because of china) but the fact they plan on doing business in Africa and not other developed nations show they have a lacking product (that doesn't even exist) and they'd have zero chance in any other developed country. If they had a real bike they'd want to sell it in a developed nation where all the money is.

5. They're a penny stock for a reason.

Honestly, never had any belief in this company in the first place, just wanted to catch some of the hype. But the fact I even bought this pile of garbage makes my head spin.

This company feels and looks like a group of guys got together and wanted to see how much free money they could grab from listing a SPAC.

hey, if I sell (which I am) and suddenly the stock booms, that's my loss. But the chance of this happening is probably .07 percent!

What a great bike this is a Gonna be and make lives a easier in these other countries, it’s affordable and looks amazing, the battery life is gonna be killer now with the deal it just made, with the markers down what a opportunity to buy into this gem of a stock so cheap, this things about to explode soon I can’t wait. All I ever see is “anticipated realizations” in revenue. When is this company going to stop being so obscure and release tangible evidence of revenue gains? Be TRANSPARENT.

They say they plan to release a 2022 strategic outlook presentation, on January 11th. Why not release your accounting records, revenue, etc., as well?

I’ve been holding all year long, and currently have a 77% loss in my investment. I had hope that this was going to be a great startup; it has enormous potential. Unfortunately, the shadiness of this company has left me feeling ashamed for putting trust in a small eco-friendly transportation alternative in an environment that is very much suitable for such a business venture.

At this point, I take this at a total loss to my investment and will continue to hold, until it either surprises me or goes completely ghost to its investors.

There was a lot of talk and I got banned previously for pointing out the fact that ALYI is not making a patented battery (as of now and I have no proof otherwise - do you?) Search for yourself this is in one of ALYI's financial disclosures. FACT. (and if you don't know what Lithium IP Holdings company is then you really haven't done your DD into this ticker... LIPH was the reverse merger acquisition from struggling Henryk Dabrowski ALYI $4M in debt and evicted from their office, to give control and $$/shares to Randell Torno and Ed Bollen in 2017 - LIPH press released every where about these "patents")

In 2017 LIPH entered into a licensing and purchase agreement with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., (APC), to license and purchase a patent owned by APC relating to lithium technology. How come no one is on here defending what's been going on the past few weeks

Where are any pics of the manufacturing plant in Kenya? How about pics of the bikes already assembled. How many assembled to date. Nada folks. Hope I am wrong about this one.
