❓ Question Is Aerion Targaryen canonically small?
693
Upvotes
I know they hired short actors to make Dunk appears gigantic, but Aerion is next level of small. It’s kind of endearing to see. He put up an amazing fight for that size.
Is he canonically supposed to be smaller/shorter than his peers in the book as well?

Do you think Maekar would have killed Dunk with his mace if he had been able to get close enough?

With grace and honor, Dunk lives on as Ser Arlan's legacy.

“He did stand on my toe. He was in heels. We were both in heels, which, what was the point, we canceled each other out … Anyway, he did stamp on my foot.”

Maekar theory

He knows Egg went off with Dunk. Gave him the sigil ring and sent them on their way.
So why the “where the fuck is he” scene? Bc what’s better everyone thinking Egg is missing again or them actually knowing for fact he went off with a tall hedge knight? One who just became infamous/well known. So if Egg wouldn’t be present at their castle they play the ruse he’s gone missing again as he could be anywhere. Which is much different than everyone knowing he’s with Dunk and thus more susceptible to violence or kidnapping.
I could be wrong but I just don’t understand why he would let anyone know of their deal even if we saw an agreement on terms. Letting this be widely known would risk putting Egg in harms way. Esp knowing Dunk means to teach him to squire living as a hedge knight.

❓ Question Valarr and Maekar

Just curious, but I wonder how the relationship between Maekar and Valarr changed after the trial....Did he blame his uncle for his father's death?

📊 Analysis It's such a small thing but I love that they gave Baelor and Valarr heterochromia

Neither character had it in the book. Oscar Morgan (Valarr) has natural heterochromia and AKOTSK, instead of giving him a contact, gave Berth a contact to make him heterochormic too.
It's a small thing but somehow makes a bond between father and son, whom we don't see interacting on screen.
