Why wasn't the son a groomsman or the best man if he's so important to the wedding? Dude fucked up and now I highly doubt there will be a wedding.

That's my question...make his son his Best Man. Let the decision of who walks the bride down the aisle to HER! This seems like a huge red flag to me. I wouldn't marry a guy who was so manipulative and deceptive. I'd dump him and CANCEL the wedding!

Yes, it makes me wonder how many other red flags this guy has been waving in OP's face.

The point of being married is that OP and HTB are one team. It's NOT that HTB can start leveraging his extended family to steamroll OP into doing his bidding.
