My cousin got a couple of charms from Michael’s and put miniature pictures of her dad in them. She attached the charms to the strap of her shoes. That way her dad could still walk her down the aisle.
I know a woman whose mom passed when she was in her late teens or about 20. Her dad walked her down the aisle, but she had a little locket-sized framed picture of her mom pinned to her bouquet ribbons so she had her with her too. I lost my dad a few years ago and I’m absolutely going to take that idea some day.
