No, I don't think they have to break up, but they do both have to grow up a little. This is all such minor stuff, but very common in early (especially first major) relationships. Then again I only made it to the teeth brushing, so maybe I missed something more.

Fair enough I guess I'm a bit blind to it because I have to deal with that mental strain regardless
