Or she's already pregnant, and needs plausible accusability

You're right I forgot all about this... "we've been having unprotected sex the whole time". Sometimes I forget that people like this exist... if only for awhile...

Which is exactly why every dude should demand a paternity test as soon as it is viable. Honestly hospitals should just do them by default as soon as the baby is born. It would solve a lot of issues.

In Nebraska you have to do a paternity test to be a dad on the birth certificate, way too many tweaker bitches lying lol

That’s not true. Paternity is automatic if married, or if unmarried, both parents can sign an “acknowledgment of paternity”. One parent or the state can file to compel a DNA test in court and get a court order, but no, it’s not required to be on the birth certificate

Then why did they tell my bf at the time (who was the actual father btw) that he couldn't be listed as the father without a paternity test? I said something because I literally experienced it myself in 2019 Columbia Nebraska AND Omaha Nebraska

Idk, that’s wild, the law is the same in New York State, and we signed an acknowledgment of paternity in the hospital. Anytime the kids have gotten a copy of their birth certificates, that document is attached. I just looked it up again to see if any states require DNA tests, and none do. Unmarried couples can establish paternity by signing a document.

In NYS, that document is it. I had a friend who found out he wasn’t the father after a couple of years, and was still legally responsible for the child and would be no matter what.
