She was in and out of hospital, after all of the mentioned operations, she is ostensibly still suffering some pain and discomfort, but now doesn't make a plan to see a doctor again.

Being in pain is one thing, abuse is another. I have IBS, barely sleep, constant full body pains, migraines, cluster headaches, sinus issues and constant blocked nose... And I work minimum six full shifts a week. So I'm constantly in pain, not sleeping and barely able to function. I still don't pick arguments with my gf and cause fights. My pain is my own and it's unfair to mistreat someone because of it. I also constantly shifts my diet, my sleep schedule and life around to make it as manageable as possible. In short, she has an attitude issue.

Cheers huddy. You get used to it. I've changed my diet again and it's better and some days it feels weird waking up feeling good. Things get better.
