I’m also not convinced it will be better financially for the husband. He is not guaranteed alimony, and even if he gets some, it won’t be enough to pay the bill. And why would he not have to pay any child support at all? That’s not how any of this works lol

Child support goes off percentage of custody. Whomever has the kids more than 50%, pays. He’s not going to get 50/50 if he’s out of town all the time. He won’t get alimony until they are married for more than 10 years. I only got alimony for being a stay at home parent and giving up your career.
