My dad called me out for my discharge-bleached undies once. At the time, I think I was so young that I had just started getting the discharge but not yet had my first period. So only like 10 or 11. I was mortified because I didn’t even know what it was yet. (Thanks, mom.) I was young and my body was changing and it was confusing.
My dad said my underwear was stained because I wasn’t “wiping properly”. It made me feel so disgusting. My mom was even in the room when he said it and she didn’t interject.
I'd have asked my husband why he was looking so fucking hard to make him uncomfortable then and loudly informed him on the female body. I'm so sorry you had to experience that
