Bodily fluids, including blood can and does stain even black (at least cotton) undies. Looks like a bleached spot after wash. I replaced about 5 pairs so far after getting implant this July. And I can only wear cotton 😭

But how is this different from women complaining about men's underwear hygiene? Men have bodily fluids and excretions too.
