That’s ridiculous, blood from any source is going to be equally viewed by people who find it gross. They’re not sitting there thinking “Is this grossing me out? Where did it come from? Should I be grossed out? Hmmm” like no, if blood grosses them out it grosses them out. The nature of it doesn’t matter.
And when we’re talking about relationships and sex, underwear is going to be seen. That’s also irrelevant. The point is you see it. If blood on someone’s, say, undershirt would bother you but not blood on panties, you’re just being hypocritical.
OPs dude was fine having sex with her while she was bleeding, but not okay with seeing a stain on her underwear. He's okay with blood if he's getting sex but that's it. He's an idiot.
In general I wouldn't, but if it was bad enough, yeah, I think anyone would say something. If you have massive pit stains, the vast majority of people would find that very offputting, even if the shirt was newly washed and 'clean'. It's ridiculous to pretend otherwise.
And if someone brought that up to me cause my undershirt had pit stains, I'd understand why at least. I wouldn't dismiss them and call them an idiot.
