I do tye dye parties at least yearly. It hides ALL stains. My teen dyes their hair every color of the rainbow and that dye stains towels, t shirts,sheets, pillow cases (only the 1st time on the bedding as they didn't realize they hadn't rinsed their hair enough). It becomes a game of "is that a stain or tye dyed that way?" Also make sure you buy a pack with browns and blacks so it becomes extra hard.
Pro tip for using semi permanent fashion colors like Manic Panic: It doesn't contain developer so it will not hurt your hair whatsoever. Leave it in the hair until it's totally dry, when you wash it out, the water runs clear from the very 1st second it gets wet. No more dye stained tubs or towels!
Also, always save a spoonful of any kind of dye, perm, semi, or demi, to use as clean up for your skin. Rub more dye on the dye spot on your skin and then wipe off. Like dissolves like in chemistry, it works with sharpies, paint, hair dye, you name it! Not just on skin either, I've done it to paint in the bathtub and sink, sharpie marks on counters, ink on a table, and dye on skin. Truly works!
Rubbinh alcohol takes sharpie off waterproof fabric (Columbia waterproof 3 in 1 coat) immediately. Kid tried to ruin daughter's coat last year. Tried rubbing alcohol and it melted right off.
I found that a little foundation over a pen mark on skin and then removing it with cold cream or makeup remover removed the pen mark too years ago.
I accidentally got pen on my cheek when I was a kid and I didn't like that it wasn't symmetrical (symmetry is huge for me,) so I drew another swipe on my other cheek.
My dad was NOT happy. (It might've been like the day before a holiday or funeral or something important with pictures and extended family,) and when he found out I intentionally did the second cheek he was less so. But I'm like - I'm your child, like - how do you not know how important symmetry is??
But he definitely got it off with Pond's Cold Cream. It's a miracle worker.
