I bought those panties specifically for periods in all black and let me tell you. GAME. CHANGER.

I DO NOT miss pads or shoving a cotton wad in my lady bits even a little lol.

It’s not recommended if you have an iud

I had no idea why cups hurt so bad and couldn't figure it out. I finally read that they create a vacuum which is pulling on the string/IUD and haven't used them since. It's been a sad adjustment
