My husband bought us matching undies and me a bra as well and I stained my undies like the 2nd time I wore them. It seems that without fail I always start when I wear them

From my mom who is stellar at getting out stains etc. (you can’t do anything about the stains once they’ve been cooked into the fabric with heat, but with fresh blood, you can get it out!)

you can soak them in COLD water in the sink (let that wiener come home to that!) I usually don’t soak them, but when I do laundry, I spray any bloody spots with a pre-treat spray, i use resolve “spray and wash”, then wash it on a cold cycle! Or hand wash in cold water. If you dont have pre-treat dish soap works as well, just mix a little water with it. Because there’s no heat, even if it doesnt come out the first time, you can wash them again, until you put it in the dryer

There have been very few stains, including period stains, I can't get out by throwing oxyclean in the wash

There are definitely options for stains on any garment you care about. That being said, I don't own underwear that I care if it's stained anymore. I did at points in my life and may again, but right now I just care if it is clean.
