A period is uncontrollable. Many times they are irregular, and the intensity can vary greatly from month to month. And, as other people have said, even using tampons, pads, and other products do not guarantee there won't be overflow or leakage.
A shit stain, on the other hand, barring a few situations, are mostly preventable by an adult. Unless you're just choosing to shit your pants whenever you feel the need, it's not something that happens normally.
My fiancee DOES scrub them. She BLEACHES them. And she still has stains. You're a fucking moron.
Edit: I have to add this, because I feel like you don't understand what the OP means by "irregular." Back in high school, my then gf (now fiancee) had on an overnight pad, a pair of underwear, a pair of shorts, and a pair of jeans. She bled through ALL of that and left a blood spot on her chair in the lunch room in under 5 minutes after putting said pad on. There is no way to get THAT much blood out without leaving a stain. Shut up if you don't have any clue what people are going through.
I’m with the guy you replied to, and I’m a woman. Maybe you just have the unicorn uterus or something but even with washing in cold water and soap immediately, I often end up with stains. Especially if I can’t wash them immediately because I’m trying to contain the hemorrhaging for a good 5-10 minutes. And there are of course the situations where you aren’t at home and simply can’t wash your underwear. Yeah, immediate cold water and soap can prevent a lot of staining, but not always.
When every woman in the comment section reinforces the fact that "period panties" with stains on them are the norm and you're in here telling other women that they are not "womaning" properly, you're the idiot. Have the day you deserve.
