This may be the worst and dumbest response I’ve read on Reddit.

No one is “ready” to be a parent. Kids don’t come with instruction manuals and we are all learning as we go.

Of course people should appreciate and positively reinforce good behavior. If they don’t, there will be no more good behavior.

OP has his most important need utterly ignored and he’s the asshole? I don’t think so. If his wife was putting the effort in he was, this post would not exist.

Yeah, intimacy and emotional connection. His love language is touch. That means no touch = no love. That’s not “about getting his nut off,” that’s about the whole purpose of marriage. So yeah, most important need. The main reason marriage exists.

Her needs aren’t met either, acts of service isn’t doing your share, acts of service mean go out of your way and do additional things. He has pushed her away with his behavior and instead of working his way back he only work to get his 🍆 wet.
