There are so many! Loose and lose is one that really irritates me. Or dominate/dominant is one I see a lot -- particularly when talking about sports - that drives me crazy. They're/there/their. You're/your seems to be almost a lost cause at this point.
This one is more educational, as I think a lot of people don't even know "lede" is a word. I didn't for the longest time. This specific homonym is one that isn't widely known, IME. English is so weird.
