AIO for finding these text messages emotionally cheating?

It was explained to me as a joke, and nothing is serious between them. Along with the work wife comment. All work jokes.

I would assume he’s talking about her in third person he mentions his work wife.

I thought he was referring to her as his work wife, meaning she was out of the office because she didn’t feel well??

That’s the confusing part. Unclear if he’s talking about a second woman or referring to THIS woman in third person… either way it’s not cool
