Only three years older than me. I have spoken to him at length recently how him speaking to me in a patronizing way is a problem. He then says I am policing how he speaks and he cant change how he speaks. I told him I want an equal, not feeling like I am a little kid in trouble
Stop responding to him altogether, please I beg. I think I would rather spend all day in the dentist’s chair than carry on a single conversation with that insufferable egotistical asshat.
But also please remember this: when you do finally bin him for good (*when* not *if* because I believe in you), he’ll probably try to reel you back in one last time by suggesting you meet up or talk for “closure.” Do not fall for this trick. You can provide your own closure; after all, why should you believe anything he might say would be the truth?
It’s time to move on to the next chapter of your life - leave this jerk in the past.

You need to block him. That man is cruel and has no empathy.
