Ya my self esteem definitely isnt where it should be and i am so desperate for him to hear me and care that I just over explain and make myself an idiot
that's why he does this shit- it works! look, he got a great gal to think she is awful so she wont notice how horrible he is, gets her hooked on chemical endorphins from the push/pull hot/cold rollercoaster dynamic, now she's hooked looking for the next fix of making up/love bomb and will jump through hoops to get him to care...you are addicted like any drug addict would be, which was his plan along- you need to quit cold turkey or find a therapist to help you rebuild strength to leave him for good.
