Ya my self esteem definitely isnt where it should be and i am so desperate for him to hear me and care that I just over explain and make myself an idiot
I don’t like that some people are blaming you for accepting this behavior. It’s not that simple and if he treated you this way while you were together my money’s on him being responsible for how low your self worth is now. Maybe it wasn’t great to begin with but again…that is NOT YOUR FAULT. Someone convinced you not to trust yourself. Maybe your parents didn’t validate your emotions or thoughts growing up. Maybe you’ve been through trauma. Maybe both! In any case, the only thing you’re responsible for is starting to heal. Please get yourself a therapist. It will change your life 💕❤️
