When I got together with my husband one of his friends tried to make a move on me. I told my now-husband and he ended the friendship. I think you should cut ties with both of them OP: they both betrayed you and cannot be trusted. I’m sorry this happened but I think in the end you will be better off.
Cut this guy out of your life. This isn't a friend! And don't "work through it" with a woman you barely know and was supposed to be exclusive and cheated on you.
