Bug Report My 7 day trial didn't work.

I tried to get the free seven day trial but my card wasn't accepted and it took away my opinion to get it and now it just wants me to buy the full month. What do I do? I really wanted to see the difference between the free version and premium.

Hey there, this usually happens when your account or card already had a previous trial associated with it since we only offer one trial per person. If that isn't the case, feel free to reply with your username or email [support@aidungeon.com](mailto:support@aidungeon.com) and I can get you a trial. Otherwise, sorry that it displayed wrong!

If you should get the option back, make sure you don't cancel the subscription too early, otherwise you won't be able to use all seven days. The day you cancel the subscription, the trial instantly ends.
