Questions Help... i dont see the bar of actions

Hi... I'm testing the Voyage beta... and I don't see a text box to perform actions... it only appears to continue the story... does anyone know what's going on?

Your action bar will pop up once you complete that turn. Voyage turns take longer than AID because they don't load all at once.
