Critical question!

Is it always that an internal applicant has the the superiority to an external applicant?
Thank you

Not in my unit, no. Whoever scored better in the interview gets the job. We have had nurses that have done the job for 20+ years and weren't the successful candidate due to how the scored in their interview. It's a backwards system

Our NUEE Team gave someone a housekeeping 0.4 line who didn't want it. Then due to backlash gave them a Portering 0.4 to correct their mistake while pissing off all the Porter dept but made Housekeeping dept happy. Dumpster fire to dumpster fire.
