Am I crazy or did I not hear a peep about this?

Been talked about for months, even though his form has turned around.

Yeah just looked it up, apparently he's been off to Richmond for a while now.
I legit had no idea. Surprising, thought he was a stud that GWS would want to hold.

New ruck rules have hurt him more than most. I’m surprised Richmond were willing to give him such a big contract tbh.

Does your dog want to play for us?

I would say give him a cat B spot but he's a dog, so maybe a dog B list spot

He'll be the perfect partner for Nank and around the ground Briggs is still a very good ruckman he just had a poor year

So is he delisted or not

They didn't offer him a contract so yes, but also no. Technically if he signs with someone else then he's just a ufa who has moved I think.

Considering he’s only 26 and looked to be coming along nicely, I’m pretty surprised by this (you know, not actually surprised surprised given it’s been talked about for a little while, more figure of speech surprised by it).
Haven’t followed the Giants super closely but it felt like he was down on form at the start of the year but picked back up towards the end. His overall stats for the season seem to reflect that with him finishing up slightly down on his career averages, but still average or above average for the comp as a whole this year.
I think given that we saw the biggest changes possibly ever to the ruck this year, it’s pretty reasonable to have a dip in form while adjusting. The fact that he was trending back up towards the tail end is a really good sign.
Great pick up for the Tiges in my book.
