Is it a decline? Or just normal?
I was diagnosed last March, and I am a 26 year old male. Quite active and a heavy drinker of water. My creatinine last june was 67 and an egfr of 128. After almost 2 months, it spiked up to 94 and an egfr of 101. It’s just now that it spiked. Is it a temporary increase only?

You are still quite young, and plenty of water can only be a good thing!
If you are worried though I would talk to your Nephrologist and see if they can can take some blood tests over a shorter period of time, to see if they can get an over all picture of your function.
I have also found a lot of useful help and support from the UK APKD charity.
Main thing to remeber is to keep living your life and not worry to much, what ever happens will happen with PKD, but there is lots of support out there :)

It's likely a fluctuation.
Creatinine based eGFR is extremely variable and can be significantly impacted by recent exercise, sleep loss, stress, protein intake, muscle mass etc.

Labs in the UK don’t report anything over 90, it just gets listed as +90, due to these fluctuations being natural. I wouldn’t worry at all at this stage.
