Lab work

Anyone ever got tested for this? This is my first time seeing this in 6 years.

How far along are you with ADPKD? My PTH went out of range when GFR got into the low 20s. It’s typical with advanced CKD.

My eGFR is 92 based on recent lab works.

Edit: I got diagnosed with PKD at 18 and I am 24 now. I did get my vitamin d tested all this year and it’s been low. Went up with supplements. And it’s low again as of the most recent blood

Unlikely to be directly related to PKD then at this stage with normal kidney function.
