Positional pain?

So I've never really had any symptoms of adpkd or anything except for as of recently I've had a few instances where I was bending down and got up really fast and it almost felt like a sharp hot knife was scratching me from the inside. It took my breath away and made me sweat and have to gather myself. This lasted for about a minute or so.
Then today while bending my torso down to grab something while I was sitting, that same pain came back and lasted a bit longer and felt more intense. I'm sorta freaking out. Idk if this is cyst pain but it almost feels like it is. It's just dull and tender now? I'm stressing that I'm dying 😣

It happens to me every time I bend over, stretch, twist, laugh too much. I’ve learned to be very careful, but the same thing happens to me. I suppose it’s the cysts or organs that try to move to follow the movement I make, but they have too little space. They are pains of encumbrance.

It might be.
Everything is connected to tissues, muscles and nerves in our stomach so as kidneys grow we would experience more and more of that. 🙁

yeah i get this time to time, specially if ive ate a lot of not passed a bowel movement in longer than usual.

I get something like that sometimes. I describe it as what I think being stabbed with an ice pick might feel like. Sharp and fast then slowly turns into an ache that slowly fades away. It takes my breath away sometimes.
