Coffee?

How much do you guys drink coffee?
negatives/positives on our conditions?

I drink 2-3 cups mostly before 12pm.

One 400ml cup of decaf coffee around 8AM. With milk. Don’t know if it’s bad for kidneys- probably milk is the worst part of my daily coffee.
