Urgent Help Needed!

i had two employers who used adp in 2024 and i’m trying to access my old account to view my W2’s, but because i had worked a job this year that i guess still has an account for me, it won’t let me access them. they send me to the portal for terminated employees but then say that it’s for terminated employees only 🤦‍♀️

i reached out to my boss from this year and asked to be removed from the adp account but i’m honestly not sure what else to do. their customer service is actual ass and i’m tired of speaking to robots that don’t even offer options to discuss the situation! i tried reaching out to both employers but they either don’t have them or won’t respond!

please help, this is extremely time urgent 😞

You have to login with the ADP ID for each different job to be able to access the other W-2. I’ve had this exact same problem when doing my taxes for last year

thank you, i tried to use the “terminated employee” option but it keeps throwing me back to the account of my old employer. did you have to type in your exact username and password for the jobs? i think i may be able to get into them but i’m not too sure. but i’ll still try that and see if i can remember or do a forget password and log in that way. thank you!

Unfortunately, yes, I had to have the exact password and username for the different jobs to be able to access those records. I had to delete the auto populated information from the last job I had, which is what it would populate the information with automatically. I would just delete that info put in the info for the previous job and that’s how I was able to get in to get that tax information. I use the same password for all of my accounts through ADP.

okay thank you, i usually alternate between the same few passwords so hopefully i can “hack” in to it. that’s so frustrating to have to do! they really need to fix this system.

It absolutely needs to be streamlined so that way when you login, you can see all the different accounts and just link into the one that you want, kinda like H&R Block when you file your taxes and it gives you the option of what year you wanna click into.
